About Me

Hi there! I am Selva. I have completed Bachelor degree (B.Sc in Computer Science) and the Master degree in Computer Applications (M.C.A.). I have received both of my degrees from Sourashtra College on a regular basis. I am hard working and always willing to grow in my career and learn new things daily. By profession, I am a Software Engineer with specialized in SEO Technologies. Currently working as an SEO Professional, in an IT firm providing Search Engine Optimization services.

I feel very happy to introduce my Bodybuilding website, to this world. I am always thinking about success and how I can improve myself. I love bodybuilding because it is a challenge for every muscle of the body. It is not about fighting or trying to be better then everyone else. To me it is personal exploration. I’m proud to be a BodyBuilder, who sees fitness as a way of life. Nothing worthwhile in this life comes without sacrifice.

Only by expending all of my energy, channeling all of my focus and giving up those comforts that normal people take for granted, can I reach new heights. To gain means to give up. This is the mantra of the BODY BUILDING. No matter how big or small your fitness goals are, living the bodybuilding lifestyle can help propel you towards your goals that much faster and make them a reality. When I say “bodybuilding lifestyle”, I am talking about the many big and small aspects that help to create and maintain a healthy way of living cornered around correct exercise, eating, and recuperation.

Your health is your life, and bodybuilding is one of the number one ways to improve your personal health, allowing you to acquire and enjoy the most that every day has to offer. Bodybuilding is a 24-hour sport, which requires a certain degree of dedication, sacrifice and repetitive work in order to prevail successfully

The benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle through bodybuilding are endless, and it is through bodybuilding itself that many key ingredients for success, not only in bettering one’s own health, but also enhancing one’s entire way of living, are readily provided, when the time is taken to realize and seek the “bodybuilding lifestyle”.

Being more fit equates to being physically able to do more life activities you enjoy doing with much more energy and motivation, slowing down the aging process (living longer), increased confidence and self well-being, better overall body functioning and performance, and knowing that you can achieve the goals you set out to do, both inside the gym as well as in all other areas of your life.
